A great deal is claimed and little is proven. This archive puts the level of evidence next to every study — from a trial in a dish to a meta-analysis of thousands of participants — so you can see for yourself whether a promise rests on anything.
Every study links back to the original publication on PubMed, with the date it was checked.
Every study links back to the original publication, with the date it was checked. Nothing disappears here: what you save stays findable.
What you get
Nobody should have to pay to find out whether something works. What a subscription buys is the depth: the full write-up of each study, and being told when the evidence changes.
Free. Enough to judge a claim, and enough to see that we are not selling you anything.
€5 a month, or €49 a year. Cancel whenever you like, without having to ask. The breakthrough alert — word as soon as a study reaches level 4 or 5 — is free for everyone, subscriber or not.
Why you can trust this
One rule comes before all others: who it was studied in weighs more than how it was studied. A meta-analysis of mouse experiments is still about mice. That distinction is exactly where this market makes its money.
How we work
The promise below is not a line in a template. A nightly check scans every published page for outbound links to sellers and for the usual affiliate parameters. If it finds one, that is a red light on the dashboard — not a warning that scrolls away.
Under every statement is where it came from: the publication on PubMed, with its year, its journal and the date we last checked it.
We describe what exists; we prescribe nothing. No doses, no personal prognosis, no reading of your results. That is what your doctor is for.
No advertising, no affiliate links, no sponsored content, no products. If a manufacturer helped fund a study, that is on the page — as a fact, not as a verdict.
English here, with Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian alongside it. The same studies, the same grades, the original always within reach.
